I received the Spring 2015 mail order catalogue from House of Wesley by United State postal service. I sent them the order form and a check for $53.27. They have cashed the check but they have not sent me the plants I ordered. I called the number (309-664-7334) listed in the catalogue many, many times; but it gives a busy signal always! I sent them three emails via the "contact us" site; but they have not responded. It is a Federal offense to advertise a service via US Postal Service and fail to deliver the product ordered through US Postal Service. This is a great county to do business. Why don't businesses use these opportunities to conduct a legitimate business and not use their resources to ripoff unwitting customers like me?
