I was super excited to see that a hair conditioner I use was for sale via another online retailer as I sually can order from Amazon. However it was out of stock and I was almost out of the bottle I have now. I decided to google the product name and "House of Beauty World" came up that they had in stock. So I ordered it right away.
This was on Dec 31, 2014. I got an order confirmation via email saying the shipment would arrive in 3-7 days. I realized by January 12, 2015 I still had not recieved it, I was giving extra time because of when I ordered the product it was a holiday. So I looked back to my confirmation and clicked the tracking number via USPS and it was showing that the item was ever shipped however had a tracking number.
I went to the website and got the contact information for customer service, I had made 3 calls and each person took my information and order number but I still have NOT recieved my order. One lady tried to tell me it had been shipped and it was coming from Texas where their distribution location is. That I need to check the tracking number, I explained to her I did and it's showing no shipping has been done!! So after 3-4 calls, sending an email to customer service about my order and my unsatisfied complaint I get a response email on January 14, 2015 saying my order should arrive in 4-7 days. They have until January 23, 2015 for it to arrive to me or else I am askign for a refund and I ma reporting them to my credit card company as theft.
I had never used House of Beauty World.com previously and it's a shame that they don't do better business practice than this. I am very annoyed as my order was $40! As of today, January 20, 2015 I still have NOT recieved my order, also the tracking number is still showing no further shipping information, nor was I given a new shipping number if any.
