I placed an order on March 28th. It is now April 7th, and I have yet to receive any indication of tracking/shipping information.
On the day I placed my order, I received an email indicating I was a VIP customer and that orders are processed the same day if received before 5 pm, or the next business day if received after 5 pm.
This company did not honor their own email. Multiple calls placed to the company resulted in me receiving an announcement that stated that their voicemail is full every time. I received an email earlier today indicating they need 2-4 more days to send me a tracking number. That clearly indicates they lost my order, or never had the merchandise they advertised. So, basically 11 business days after I placed my order, I might get a tracking number? This is not acceptable.
Adequate time has been given for a simple tracking number, however they have not provided this information. They were on time when they deducted the sale amount from my account.
I would not recommend this company to anyone, despite their lure of lower pricing. It is not worth the aggravation.
Do yourself a favor, spend the extra few dollars and go with a reputable company that stands by their word, and has the inventory their customers purchased.
I'm not sure what kind of game they are playing or if they are going out of business or just plain shady business owners.
My experience with houseofbeautyworld.com is simply unacceptable. They should not be in business.
I placed an order with House of Beauty World on 12/29/14. My credit card was charged on 12/30/14. I never received my order!! I sent an email on 1/16/15 regarding my order. No response!
I called on 1/20/15 and was told my order shipped on 1/15/15, and I should receive it any day. Still no order!!
I called again on 1/29/15 and was told by Devon that my order was never shipped, nor where they going to ship it. What?? She asked if I wanted to split the shipping charges of $10.00, they would send it out right away. This company is terrible! Who does business like this?! Terrible, terrible company and customer service. They had no intention of shipping out my order, no phone call, no credit to my charge card, nothing. Do not shop with this company.

I placed and order on the 18 th of March got confirmation and on april 7th
my 27.00 dollars taken out my account on the and I received email say my order as been processed.
After never receiving my wig, I called nymber spoke to a lady that said she check into it and call me back,
of course that never happened. Today is April 27th and I have yet to receive my product are hear from anyone else.
I will continue to contact them but I will never order from them again and I wouldn't advise anybody else to order of thier
website. The kicker they sent me an email , asking that I rate my product! What d**n product the one I never got yet!
