I booked a hotel through hotelmode for travel dates may 28-1st. I called the hotel the week before my stay and they had my reservation. I got to the hotel and was told that my reservation was cancelled by hotelmode! I was completely surprised considering I did not cancel the reservation not did I receive and email saying that they cancelled it! I panicked when the hotel told me that the city was booked and they were overbooked and they had no rooms available! The guy was very nice and rebooked us for our entire stay but we had to give them a credit card to pay for the room. Hotelmode charged me 1,049 for 4 nights only to find out that the hotel ended up charging us only 998 for the 4 nights! It's been over 3 weeks now and I have called multiple times a day and my call goes straight to a recording and if they do pick up they put me on hold and hang up. I've also emailed hotelmode 3 or 4 times and have not received any email replying to my previous messages! I am beyond frustrated and I think it is time to take a different approach to get my refund back!
