I purchased a cream skirt from hotmiamiatyles 5 months ago. I just now wore it and I spot clean it. And the color bled. The color should have not bled, therefore I request for a replacement. I understand their policy however being that I'm a loyal customer and have spent $100's if not &1000's there would be a exception. The quality of the skirt should have not bled. Period! Whether it's from today or month ago. I took action by sensing emails but did not get any where. I called, spoke to customer service and was transferred to a so called " supervisor" she explained again the policy and did not acknowledge my concerns and my history with HMS. I therefore asked to speak with someone else and she COMPLETEY DISCONNECTED THE CALL. Their web says "customer service is our priority".....LOL B***S***
