This is the second time I have had this experience with this company. The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Now I realize it is just the way they do business, and will not be ordering from them again.
I placed an order for two items, both showed as being in stock, and the order went through. The company promptly charged my PayPal account (within 24 hours). Their website shows that "most orders ship within 2-3 days for in-stock items." An email would be sent when my order shipped. After a week went by with no email, I contacted the company and asked when my order would be shipped. The next day I received a reply stating that my order had been cancelled.
No explanation, nothing else, just "order cancelled." I checked PayPal and sure enough, they had credited my PayPal account (at least they did that right). I emailed them and asked why my order was cancelled. I never received a reply. A few days later, I went on their website and used their online chat and asked if the items I had ordered were in stock as shown. I was told those items were no longer available. And yet their website still showed them as in stock.
Basically, it appears they never update their website when items are out of stock. Even after it is obvious they know the items are unavailable, the still don't change their website. So, you will never know what you are actually going to receive, if anything, when you place an order, and you have to contact them to find out.
