I have bought this so called jewelry for myself and a friend.. what a mistake. The so called jewelry is junk. Me and my girlfriend tried to contact anyone at this establishment and nobody is ever there. I refuse to pay 6.00 to return it. And I have to insure it also. This place is a disgrace. Why would Wal-Mart even let them in the store to sell this junk to there customers is beyond me. No receipt was given when I purchased 2 sets!!
We are very sorry to learn that your purchase of our jewelry did not meet your expectations. We have been selling our line in major department stores for over 40 years. We want each and every customer to be happy if they buy something from us. I do not understand why you could not reach us by phone since our message machine is always on when no one is in the office. But if you will try again to call 410-653-8101 and tell us your problem we will be happy to correct it. Be assured it will not be necessary for you to incur any shipping or other costs.
This company called "Hope Well Promotions" was inside of a store (HEB) on May 1, and was running around giving out free gift cards, as well as annoucing free gifts for customers. The gift was a small pendant that was suppose to be worth $50 and they were selling neckalces, that we (as cusomters) knew wasn't real gold, but we were told that the necklaces color wouldn't tarnish/or turn, but if it does, you can return it back for a full refund. My issue is how many times will we have to do this, because the one necklace I wore turn in x1 week, so I'm sure that the rest of them will do as well.
This was a total rip-off; not because the chains wasn't gold, but because of the lies they told to get you to purchase them. They stated it was done to see how many customers they could get to purchase items and give thier opinion, where possibly the store HEB would allow them to sale these same items later down the line; Bull! I'm now wondering was the stores participating in this rip-off?
I'm not even sure if I'm going to even send my first turned/tarnished neckalce back, from all the bad writng I've already read upon this company; what would be the point, I'm just going to receive another rip-off necklace.
Was in the Wal-Mart store in Fruitland Park, Florida when the advertisment over the loud speaker rang out inviting people to a special that was going on in the jewelry dept.
The woman that spoke was jolly and very convincing that this merchandise would be selling in our Wal-Mart store next year. In the past, I never purchased jewelry from Wal-Mart that turned black and for the life of me, I do not understand why Wal-Mart would even consider selling this jewelry to the consumers with the falsely presentation that was given.
I am very disappointed and now I must send it back and they have the nerve to change me another $5.00 to reutrn it to them so they can send me another piece of junk.
Now only did I get ripped off then, but I am still getting ripped off now.

Purchased 4silver necklaces and 3 silver bracelets from k Mart in LAS Vegas Nevada to give as presents I kept one set we wore them within a few days the silver began t wear off and the jewelry started to turn green. Very embarrassing as the gift was for my new niece in law.
Person selling item assured us they would be guaranteed if damaged or tarnished. Checked for them on Google and read what was going on in other states. Therefore I am contacted you to help correct There scam in hopes that more individuals will come forward to complain.
