Hot tub company. No way total ripoff . They buy the parts and put it together. fiberglass tub is made from a up state hot tub company " Pdc" . Ply wood all motors are rebuilt. Not new like they say. Warranty is a joke. They lie. Read it for your self and you will see . they can't hide from the lies and there patern of complants. Look it up
The continue saga goes on with Honey Spas. My husband had to install the insulation around the plumbing and electricity himself to keep the heat in during the cold months. Now the light doesn't work. Again, do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. They do not stand by their inferior product.
