This company is listed on Craigslist offer you 3 days use for $5.95 and tell
you must cancel at the end of the 3 days. I joined on Jan. 22, 2010 and their website never worked, so i called 01/23/10 and canceled. .
On 02/02/10 and 03/08/10 they had taken 24.95 2 times out of my bank account when I called and spoke to the customer service dept they told me that it was for coupons i signed up for i told them i only signed up for the 3 day trial which didn't work and i wanted to cancel, never signed up for coupons and never received any at that. i asked to speak to a manager they stated there was none in. then i was transferred to a man who stated the same and that they canceled the coupons i never signed up for and submitted for a refund request.
He then stated he will pull the phone record before they give me my refund to verify i did not sign up for coupons. This company is a
complete ripoff to people who are trying to find a home. All they are
doing is taking listings from Craigslist and using them as their own. DO
NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They do not have any address or phone numbers
