Homeland field services does not pay vendors they will send you work orders you go and take care of them by the time you get your check(if you get it)you can see all kinds of deductions for no reason. they will never give you an explanation why they pay you less then what its on the work order,no matter if you follow the w/o instructions correctly they will always rip you off.
we performed a remodel job for them in arizona, they contracted the electricians and the plumbers when we got the work order we asked to change the due date because we waited almost 3 weeks for this trades to be done and we waited another 4 days before they changed it. they wanted us to start the job without changing the due date so that they could start backcharging us for being late,so they change the due date by another week, even after we talked to ashlie casselberry to let her know how much time it was going to take to complete this job she only change the date by one week stating that before the due date just call her and she will change it,this was going on thru the whole remodel job. by the time we had to wait for ashlie to change the due date we had already lost 3to 4 days without working on the property. ashley casselberry kept on pushing us stating that this work order was to late for the client but it wasn't our fault they were trying to find ways to deduct money from us,so anyway we got the job done and we did not heard from homeland field services for about a week, could not reach anybody ashlie casselberry will not return our calls,we decided to send our crew to check on the property .our crew saw someone walking the house and taking notes we thought it was an inspector we left a message for ashlie casselberry letting her know that we saw the inspector walking the house and to please send the correction list as soon as she got it so that we could go back and take care of it,but she never did,we went by the property and there was another vendor doing more work that was not on our work order, the guy we saw walking the property it was another vendor not an inspector so of course he was going to get a big list so that he could go back and do the job with money that it was going to be paid to us,of course i confronted the other vendor and we video tape and took photos of what they were doing. we tried to contact ashlie but it was impossible. we received a letter from ashlie casselberry with all the deductions and our job was going to pay us $20,000 dollars and with all the deductions they were going to give us $9800 big scam bull s.......
ashlie deducted money to pay the other vendor to do work that it wasn't on our original work order.we have proof of all our work, photos, videos, material and labor receipts as well as the other vendor mess that he left.
we wanted to take time and write all this in detail so that hopefully we can save another vendor from homeland field services scam, they will rip you off! they start as a great company but they do not pay becarefull
