On Saturday 6/20/15 at 11:35 a.m. Home Zone Euless delivered a white sectional that was wrapped in black cloth not in plastic. However I asked the gentlemen why is this white sectional not in the plastic his response was that they took it off at the ware house, let’s be mindful when he set the sectional was placed down it had black marks on it I asked why is this sectional dirty he stated you can get a towel and whip it off. However I didn’t look the sectional all, overdo to a piece of the sectional was missing. Admen. I asked where is the admen which is the center piece he stated it wasn’t on the order I advised him that I have my receipt and he looked on the receipt and seen it there I was side track that all this was going u on I called 817-571-9180 Home Zone Euless and spoke to Daniel he stated he couldn’t look at the order do to the delivery guy still have the order open I advised him they guy just closed it.
He went on to say he still couldn’t open it . I asked the delivery guy to call and speak with his manager he stated the ware house is closed. Daniel went on to say he will call me back he was with customer he would take care of this matter. Let’s be mindful I called Daniel 5 times on 6/20/2015 …11:55,11:58,12:05,1:05,2:30, The manager Daniel kept saying that the ware house manager is not responding to his call nor email the manager Daniel said he would take care of this matter advised I don’t believe anything that he has advised me of do to I have called him 5 times and no results nor resolution on the matter …. I called synchrony my credit card holder advised them on how the co delivered used damage furniture and missing furniture. The sectional is scratched, a QC pass sticker on the furniture, touch up paint on it and leather is buckled in spots, leather discolored and whole at the bottom of the section. I Paid 1,700.00 for a new sectional and admen. NOT FOR USED MISSING FURNITURE
On Monday No One from Home Zone called me about the used furniture and the piece of furniture that is missing. However I called the Arlington Location to call the district manager he never called on the matter, so the manager reached out to the delivery manager. He called stated he didn’t have any delivery trucks or workers till Wednesday 6/24/15 I advised him that’s not an option do to the store manager Daniel tried to call him all day on Saturday 6/20/15 he didn’t answer cell number no business emails I advised he neglected his job. I advised I will get in contact with the district manager do to the company has $1,700.00 of my money that has been paid for furniture! The district manager nor owner of the company wouldn’t return call! I called the Denton Home Zone location and they reached out to the district manager as he still didn’t call or try to handle this matter, as of today I still don’t have my money and the used furniture has not been picked up! I WOULDN’T USE THIS CO. THE ARE NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED NOR CONCERN ABOUT CORRECTING THERE ERRORS THAT THEY CAUSED!
I pruchased a livingroom set form Home Zone furniturs Store in Shreman Texas on Feb 12, 2015, and was promised t have it delivered in on week, a week later they said it didnt come in after 6 weeks they brought damaged furniture to my house and I have contacted they on multile time to get my furniture, as of Today April 28, 2015 I still don't have new furniture in my house. they keep giving me the run around. they claim the set i purchased has been discontinued bt will not refund any of my money, I am disabled and they are taking advantage of me and other people with disabilites please help
