Just like the title says this place will basically take your money and you won't see your merchandise. Almost three weeks ago I purchased two twin sized beds with mattresses, for my 9 and 10 year old son and daughter. I was told by the sales rep that the merchandise should be shipped to the store within 10 to 14 business days and I would receive a call when the merchandise gets in. Maybe 8 to 10 days of waiting I call the store to see of my merchandise is in and I get a "no the beds aren't in yet, they should be in by the end of this wk or the beginning of next week." I wait till the next Monday to call back to check to see if my beds had come in yet. Once again, I receive a I don't know and the same lame response that the beds aren't in yet and that they're waiting on their mattress truck to get in. Frustrated at this point, I ask if they knew exactly when their truck will be in and if they knew what the issue was.
They still couldn't come up with any real answers to my questions. So now, three weeks later my kids still have no beds and I keep getting the exact same answers to my questions and I finally asked for a refund. Well, they don't give refunds, even if you never received your merchandise. I could've gone to a different store three weeks ago and had beds by then. To top it off, I am not the only customer of theirs who have complained about this place. You can look them up on google review and read the 6 negative reviews people have given them. This place should be ashamed of themselves taking consumers hard earned money and not delivering proper customer service. We really need to put this place out of business ASAP! I know for a fact they won't last long with this reputation. Anyway, I hope this review helps someone and hopefully you won't end up in the same predicament as me. Thank you for reading.
