If you have read all the reports the same is true for me. They did not even complete the service and when we called to get some kind of a refund they told us that they did not even offer that groupon that we had bought. And they were the ones sent out, then they charged an extra $85 dollars because they said they would have to clean 2 mains. Do not use this company they will rip you off.
