On around June 10, 2014 I recieved a get your a/c tuned up letter form this company for 79.00. I called and set up a appointment which they said July,14,2014 was the next available day, which I excepted. The technision informed me he couldnt do a tune up because my blower motor and trans former was ou, gone, finished, I asked for a estamte which he kindly gave me in writing,to the tune of 992.00,(687.00 for the blower motor, 305.00 for transformer) Which I said hold on that I need a second opinion. I first went and bought the new blower motor for 116.00 dollarts, then a transformer for 20.00 dollars. after changing both items and finding my furnace still wasn't working I seeked more professional help, The next contractor told me it would be Very unuasal for both to go bad at the same time anyway, Further diognos my new profesional found my fan board to be bad, charging me 160.00 total and I was back in service. We then checked my "old" componets and found both were still fine. This, in my opinion is unexceptable. I work very hard for my money and expect some compensation for all my aggrevation, Oh I forgot to mention, the 79 dollars that was suppose to tune up my a/c was still charged to me for telling me what was wrong, oh, except that wasn't it.
