I was quite,looking forward to all the things this company promised. I paid my 2,995 dollars after I was told that it was a money back guarantee. If they did not deliver, I would get my money back. It has been almost a year since. I was told not to contact the bank except through them. I have since sent my life information to these people. Tax forms , pay stubs., social security information. John Anthony, Sandy Kesler, Paul GlennonPaul, shadi Soumekh We're among those who I spoke to. I became suspicious when the bank kept sending correspondence saying they did I not receive paperwork from me. I was sending the paperwork to home affordable ( sandy was my point person) because they assured me that it would be better for them to screen the paperwork and send it to the bank. They began accusing of not sending the paper work. I sent every notiice I got from the bank and every document they asked for to Home affordable. Imagine my discomfort when I tried to call recently and the phone just kept on ringing., emails bounced back and the anod the Attorney General is now taking this company to court on charges of fraud. I want thes scum bags to do the right thing an pay back the money they took for me. How hard would it have been for them to actually file the paper work and do what they said they would do. I am at lost to understand why some people put so much effort into fraud when doing the right thing could be just as successful. I would be very interested in any class action suit filed against this company. It really breaks my heart. I can't event cry about it. I am just heart broken.
My name is Moise Toussaint I am reporting this company hopping no one else will suffer the same problem i have now with my home I had difficuty paying my mortgage because of loss of income I call this guys they took my number and 2 hours later I received a call from Mr John Catalfomo Anthony is a very nice guy telling me everything i want to hear about a Home modification He told me he will send somme body to my house with papers so i can start the process he told me to give a check for $2750.00dols and that money is refondable if i am not satisfy everything is in that contract I accept and give them all the pepers require including ( my mortgage payment ,Electricity and Gas My payroll stubs Bank statement ect..)After a month I call asking for update they told me a rep by the name of TINA MARY will call me she send me an Email asking for the same pepers that I sent I call asking if trey got my docs they said yes every is ok But i need to send more papers the same that I sent prevuosely with recent date I did that many time for about 5 months I received a letter of forclauser from an attoney for my bank When I call them they said my case was closed because I did not sent documents I start this Case in April 10th I ccall this office from June to October every Two weeks some time 3 or 4 times because they do not return your calls they is so much to tell about this Guys they Rip off people big time PS When I call my mortgage for help they told me Home affordable Direct never file nothing on my behalf
