I reserved a room for May 30, 2014 with my Holiday Inn Rewards points at Holiday Inn Clearwater Harborside Hotel. I cancelled this room on May 9th and received a cancellation comfirmation (#51386477) Then after the 30th, they billed me $189.28 for room charges! They claimed I remade the reservation but I had received no confermation email and I wouldnt have done so if I had the points for a free room anyway.
