I order a AMp & speaker set-up from them for my motorcycle, paid for it in full and when i recieved the order it was not what i ordered, i spoke with their representive prior to making the order and also spoke with the owner (Pez) to confirm product details. But, even with all my actions the company still sent me the wrong items,. when I e-mail comapny and informed themror in hopes that they would retify it somehow they immedaitely were aprehensive and were not too cooperative, in addition they made it as if it was my fault that I supposely place the wrong order. the treatment I recieved as a new customer to their company was extremely rude and unappreciated. Even after speaking with the owner it seemed that the common attitudce was the same. the owner also accused me of improperly ordering and refused to acknowledge that the error was made by their own sales rep, but since the invoice had the listed items as shipped he still insisted that it was what I ordered. They even wanted me to pay for the return and also wanted me to pay for the difference to recieve the actual order I origanally wanted as if I was going to pay for it. It was only after several e-mails back and forth and numerous converstaions that i finally had an agrement to haver them pay forn the return of their order and a full refund when they recieve it.
I felt extremely discourage with the attitude and comments I recieved for not only their managerm but from the owner as well. Their "High-&-mighty" attitude was unappreciated and I will never again do business with them, i will not recommend or even suggest that anyone do business with this company.
They will pull a "switch-&-Bait" tactic on their business deals and then will not honor their original deals or prices. but, most importantly is the manner in which they treat customers. Don't be surprise if you come across the same type of customer service from them. In all my life I never recieved such a poor and unprofessional attitude from any company.
