This guy/company is nothing but a fraud! After meeting with him he agreed to represent our property in La Jolla. He charged us what he claimed to be a "listing fee" and "agent fee". We are yet to see our property listed anywhere and its been two months. We have tried calling and just reach a voicemail and went by his 600 square foot office twice only to find it locked. This guy is nothing but a big fraud!
