Higginbotham and Son Inc cheated me out of over $1000 in overtime pay and did not pay me back for gas and parts that i paid for, forcing me to quit this job. An office employee told me that this is Higginbotham's modus operandi and she also is a victim. I was paid with a company check (showing no deductions) for some of the money owed, but it was NOT a payroll check which leads me to believe that Higginbotham is NOT paying payroll tax on employee's.
I worked 119.5 hours in two weeks, but was not payed untill one day shy of week three.
