Mirabel chavez is the name of the one who emails you on heronetwork. Yes, these people prowl on people who are at their worst point in life. She emails you telling you to email her friend who helped her before. She will completely vouche for him. His emails are clearly translated so they are difficult to understand. He is very pushy and even goes as far to insinuate that you may be scamming him. He claims that he needs 45 dollars from me, via western union, to pay for "business permits" to send you money...Which makes zero sense. First he says that he is a for profit group of people who only want to help people in financial straits...Then he will even go as far as to claim affiliation with a church called foursquare chapel. Anyone who knows anything about churches...Their donations are not for-profit...He messages you multiple times a day, asking if you've sent the money yet.
