I had agreed to work and help Sande Metcalf of the Hernando Star Magazine
she couldn't afford to pay me and had agreed to pay commission on any thing I collected money wise
well I started collecting money then got nothing but the runaround stories about her car tire breaking down again and issues with her daughter.
then today this morning it got worse!!!
i received $500 from a customer on Thursday February 12th 2015 and Sande was all over me to be sure to get this to her partner Doug, saying she was in Lakeland and needed money.
I got the $500 to Doug at 7:55 am Friday morning February 13th 2015
Doug took the day off to collect money and do other errands that day from his full time job at USA Tree service
i expected my cut on Friday as agreed but was given a story of how she should do it Monday February 16th 2015 the day Sande was to return from Lakeland.
Now she was supposed to have made her return to help finish the magazine on Saturday
its Monday evening she was home and I texted and emailed I would stop on by
i get there 5:55pm Monday evening and Doug said she left her granddaughter and took off running to the store, his words and that he had a bad back and couldn't take care of Sandes granddaughter
i sent Sandw another text explaining that she come and gone...Sande talks to me later tha evening to come by Tuesday morning
my son and I show up at her address which is Weeki Wachee, FL and she comes to the door all angry saying she shouldn't have to pay that she needs the money to do the print... I then say; you really don't have the money do you?...she then calls the Hernando County Sheriff...S. Galarza issues me a " No Tresspass" case # 2015-04462
HOW AND IN WHAT WAY IS THIS FAIR!!!????!!!!
I was told to come by to pick up compensation and being a contractor this is what becomes of my efforts
DO NOT TRUST SANDE METCALF!!! HERNANDO STAR MAGAZINE OR ANYTHING SHE PUSHES
YOULL REGRET THIS... SHE LIES ABOUT HER CIRCULATION WHICH IS ONLY 1,000 if that
and she even made faces to me as the Sheriff HAD HIS BACK TURNED AND were approaching my son and I... DURING THE SHERIFFS VISIT
