Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Service Center Reviews
First Issue: The online system. None of what I filled in carried over. I spent
my time filling this out to no avail on your end. I travel a lot for work and had my
wife bring my car in. She then lost time from her job and had to interrupt me from mine
to get the information needed in regards to what was wrong with the car. Why have a system
when it doesn't work the way intended?
Second Issue: The service advisor 'Paul'. He called me multiple times with no clue as to
what was wrong with the vehicle. I explained to him what was found during a pre-inspection at
another dealership, that was confirmed by a reputable mechanic.
The struts needed to be replaced!
Third Issue: I applied for and received a Wells Fargo MileOne Credit Line for
Heritage/Mile-One and was told that I could use the account number given at the time of
approval. Paul proceeded to tell my wife that the account number meant nothing to him
without the actual card. I applied for this card on 10/26/13 and was given an account number
to use in the interim, prior to delivery of the actual card. Again, Why offer something
when it means nothing to the customer?
Fourth Issue: Paul told me that the multi-point vehicle inspection showed nothing out of
the ordinary, other than the air filter. I asked him to replace the corner light as well
as the cabin & air filters, as I knew it was time. My wife picked up the car and a headlight
was out, something that one of YOUR service mechanics noticed when she was leaving. No one
was able to help her with this as it was a few minutes before 6pm and they lock the doors
early apparently.
On the service report NO WHERE DOES IT STATE A HEADLIGHT WAS OUT! Why did my wife have to
drive home with a blown bulb from the dealership?! Does this make sense to anyone?! It
doesn't to me or her. This just blows my mind as to how this could happen. I question your
service advisors and mechanics at this time in regards to what they are capable of. This is
the first and LAST time my car will see a Heritage/Mileone service department. I will stick
with Tate Dodge & Chrysler. They know how to treat a person and not take advantage of my Wife
in the sense of my work related travel when I need service done on my car.
Your mechanic was apparently doing burn outs as well as there are rubber shavings inside of my
wheel wells and on my rear bumper. This doesn't come from regular driving! Your mechanic also
burned a 1/4 tank of gas in my car in driving 15 miles! Sounds like someone enjoyed my SRT8 a little
too much.
Your mechanic left grease on my steering wheel, center console as well as the door panel.
The hood has hand prints in several different places and the engine compartment is a mess! I have
trophies for this car. You could eat off of my engine prior to coming to your service department!
My car stays spotless! It's in a garage 3/4 of the year, while I travel.
It came to your dealership SPOTLESS! I expected my wife to receive it in the same fashion!
I'm beyond pissed at this point and plan on filling a complaint with the BBB. I may pursue
matters further after reviewing the pictures my wife is sending me.
Not happy. At all. And to think we just bought a new Cadillac from MileOne. You will not
be servicing that vehicle, ever.
