Heritage scammed me out of $18000 in consigned coins and almost defrauded me out of $21,000 in coin purchases. Thanks to me credit card companies I was able to have them do chargebacks. I sent them 8 coins for consignment and they've pocketed the coins and money received from the sale of those coins. Heritage appears to keep your coins when you complain.
