Be ready for your 700.00 Winter heating bill as his insulation in the walls is nearly non existant and while visiting the construction site, scraps, trash pieces of debris, cups anything possible used in the walls and then none of it matches throughout the house.
No Screens on all the windows. No matching windows. NO screen door. Shitty constructed decks with no stains. Ugly Shutters. Every law about locks provided not up to code. Poor poor design.
IF you ever need follow up or help you can forget it, Never a return phone call and he hides from you when you need the issue addressed.
