Watch out for HENNA Chevrolet Service department!!!! Their slogan is "We'll stand behind you" Well that is sure correct. While they are behind you they will pick your pocket and other things. They are horrible.
My niece took her 2007 Tahoe there because the battery would not hold a charge. She called me first and I told her to take it to Henna, where she had purchased it, and they would do a good job. WRONG!!! The complete screwed over this young, 19 year old girl who is working two jobs to put herself through UT. They told her that her 18 month old battery was bad and charged her $290 for a new one. Then they told her that the alternator was going out and could damage the new battery so they sold her a new alternator for $900!!! THEN when she went to pick it up they said "Well your computer has a glitch so we will have to reprogram it for another $200. So, after 8 days and $1,400+ she has a new alternator. When she questioned them they very rudely said " Look we do quality work for a quality Price, if you want a "NO HABLO' job need to take down the street. When I called to inquire about this they refused to return my calls. Some guy named Dale Halverisen and Eddie Wallace have this whole skit worked out where they team up on people to sell them stuff and talk them into overpriced un-needed repairs. I have purchased 7 automobiles from henna in the last 15 years. There will not be an 8th.
