The staff at this store are beyond incompetent & lazy!
The other day, I was in the produce section of this Hen House. Employee Andrea was visiting with a friend in the corner. I clearly had a question, but she couldn't be bothered. Eventually I had to interrupt her personal conversation to ask the price of the unmarked fennel. She glanced around at where the pricing should have been (above the produce) then glance back at me and said, ""I don't know."" When I continued to stare at her she said, ""I don't have a way to find out. They'll tell you at check out"" and went back to her convo. When I turned around, she was mocking me to her friend for asking a question.
I put the fennel back and went up to customer service. I asked Maria in customer service for a comment card. She said, ""A comment card?"" I said yes. Again, incredulous she said, ""A comment card?"" Again I said, ""Yes. Do you have comment cards?"" Maria answered ""For what? To make a comment about the store?"" I could not believe what a stupid or unhelpful yet ANOTHER employee was being. Finally, I said ""YES! I have a complaint about this store! DO YOU HAVE COMMENT CARDS?"" And she finally managed to say, ""Yeah, down there.""
I shop for a family of 6. I don't have time for the excruciating lazy, rude, unhelpful staff at Hen House. We will never spend another penny in that store.
