"Heart Pup on Shark Tank" says they "Heart your Pup" BUT they really only "Heart your Money" !!! TOTAL RIP-OFF along with
Shark Tank invester, Daymond John who invested $50,000 for 40% of the Company “HeartPup” from owner, designer AND Law Student Anastasia (no refrence to her last name) who said on the show she obtained a patten for the design.
: After 10 weeks I have nothing but "Heart Pups" "Heart Felt" emails and excusses but NO Dog Carrier.
Placed order & Paid for on 1/28/15 that's over 10 WEEKS AGO :(

I am not the only person complaining about this problem on the internet, other customers are calling it a Total Rip Off and warning others not to buy these carriers.

THE SHARK DEAL - made with Daymond John on Shark Tank. Anastasia, HeartPup owner/designer of the dog carrier said they were looking to sell 40% of their Company for $50,000 - AND this money would be used to obtain Manufacturing, because all the carriers are being HAND MADE which is a slow process.
6 months later : HeartPup says they are STILL Manufacturing the Dog Carriers by Hand.
Heart Pup has emailed me over 9X to say the Delay is because the Carriers are ALL being Hand Made, or they need my size, or their picking up a batch this week, or what ever ?? on and on and on - If this Law Student isnt ripping me off then I don't know what she's doing!?!?

Loved their product on Shark Tank; they charged my card the day I ordered - 1/23/15. I emailed and asked why the charged my card before shipping my product. They didn't address my question but responded "due to high demand from the tv show and holidays we are doing our best to reply in a timely manner". They went on to ask that I leave only one email or voice mail.
When I question Ed again why they charged my card before mailing my product they responded "It charges automatically" and "there is a 2-8 week wait due to Shark Tank demand and Chinese New Year which makes factories take a month off".
I have left two voice mails with no response. I emailed them on 3/15 asking for an update on when I can expect to receive my product. no response. At that point they had changed their website to say there is only a 2 week delay on orders. My order was placed 2 1/2 months ago
i am beginning to think they took all the money from the orders we placed after seeing them on Shark Tank and took off! I guess my next step is to file a complaint with the better business bureau and The Attorney General's Consumer Fraud Division. I will research to see if there is some sort of agency that I call contact regarding the credit card fraud as well.
