I truly believe this company has good intentions. The founder, Michael Slage, seems to really care about combatting Diabetes. They even came up with a great concept, which is why I am writing here today: they thought, why don't we gather up Diabetes-friendly products that will help the sufferers of this disease, and we can have a nominal charge to send a nice variety of products each month, like a monthly surprise box. They call them D-Boxes.
I signed up to buy my dad a monthly subscription to these boxes in May 2013. To date (January 2014), they have only sent 2 boxes. I paid $175 and I will probably never see that money again, because I can't even get them to write or call me back about this.
Beware, HealthEngage customers - don't buy things from these folks becuase, even with good intentions, they are ripping people off every day by being irresponsible. Isn't it a shame that they are doing it to people who are suffering from a disease like Diabetes.
