To be honest, if there was a way to not put a star for satisfaction then I would! I too called customer service and was hung up on by Joe TWICE after he told me that he could only refund me $25 of the $69 that I paid. He claims that I should have received an email with all of the info and I did not. He was rude and nasty to me when I asked how he thinks this is right to do this to people. AVOID!!!!
I called for an RMA number to return the 3 bottles of liquid Pure Green Carcinia, 1 bottle of Super Cleanse 1800 and a DVD but was told that I had exceeded my 30-day limit to return. I was told by the salesman that I had 90 days to return even if I used almost all 3 bottles. (There's no way anyone would use all 3 bottles in 30 days.) The cleanse bottle had no more information than the carcinia. Take 2 but not to exceed 3 tablets a day. How many days? What to expect? Could I leave home? Or carryon with my regular routine? No pamphlets of info. The DVD is just an exercise DVD. No instruction, diet suggestions, NOTHING.
There is no website listed on the shipping list for information. My biggest argument with the salesman was that I had used a garcinia cambrogia capsule previously with no results and that it had only come with an advertisement brochure. He assured me that I would have results with the drops and that there would be information. NOT!!
I spoke with three different CS at 888-990-1902. The first, Sheena, hung up on me after saying I had exceeded the 30 day limit for return. I did not get beligerent or argue. I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking we were disconnected. I called back and spoke with Joe who also stated their policy on the 30 days. He apparently had my account on his screen as he told me that an attempt had been made to charge me for another DVD (which I would have opted out of). Thank God that charge did NOT go through. I also explained to him about what the salesman had stated regarding 90 days and even using the entire product, I could still get a full refund. I ended the call and tried again hoping to get a CSR who would help me return the items. When I called back I'm thinking they flagged me or something because unlike the first 2 calls that went straight to a rep, this call held for several minutes before I hung up. I called a different 888 number and spoke with Laurel who just kept repeating their 30 day return policy like a broken record. She said it was not possible to return an order after 30 days. REALLY!?
I just want to return the remaining two bottles and cleanse for a refund of $100.
