I have placed an order of 11-19-2014 and still no package. It does not take over two weeks to ship an item from Canada to maine. I have called the company numerous of times for them to give me a runaround why my package hasn't been received. First of all when I placed the order you can create an account on their website so you can track items shipped.
Well I somehow don't show any items on my account shipped. So with said the first time I called them they told me they shipped out the item later than normal but should arrive by Tuesday of the second week. So I called them Wednesday to tell them I didn't receive it. They told me they would give me an extra year warranty on the item for waiting so long to shut me up. So it did for a couple of days and still nothing. So called back and they told me it must have gotten lost, they will ship me a new one priority. OK cool. Waiting waiting waiting still nothing . I call back and they tell me it should be here within 2 days. Again wait 2 days ,nothing. I call back one last time. The guy tells me that he will change carriers from fed ex to ups to get my package quicker. Wait. How are you going to do that if my item is already shipped? He then starts talking over me so I couldn't say anything to him. I demanded a refund and he tells me I'm being irrational. At this time I'm really angry and he says goodbye and click. I then called my credit card company to dispute the charge and fraud. Emailed better business Bureau and I am leaving negative feedback all over the internet. Screw this company
I purchased a Hd projector in June 2014 . After 2 weeks no tracking# no info. Sent email. Was told shipment sent Postal service must have been lost. Said they would ship another unit Fedex. Week past. Sent email. They sent me a tracking #. For another week just said shipment info recieved. Emailed again. Threatened to file a dispute with credit card company. 1 week later finally recieved unit. Fairly happy with for 2 months then low and behold unit develops large bloch in the middle of the screen. Contacted company . was told to return for repair or replacement. $56.00 to ship back 10/6/14. after numurious emails told projector was repaired and would ship. Weeks later no info no tracking # . More emails. They said it must of got lost would ship a new one Fedex. Finaly I get a tracking #. For a week tracking # just says shipping info recieved. More emails. Was told must of got lost, would ship another UPS. Does anyone see the pattern. It is now 12/3/14 I have no projector and no one will get back to me at this point. This unit with purchase price and return for repair has cost me $405.00 and I have nothing. I have disputed the origanal purchase with credit card company and am presently in limbo. I suggest everyone stays away from hdprojectorworld.com unless you have money to waste.
This company needs to be put out of business their accounts frozen and all money returned to customers they ripped off lied to and sent bad equipment to. They are horrible. After repeated contact and promises product had been sent and yet no record of ups I finally received after 2 1/2 months. No mounting or carrying case as promised. No set up instructions and DVD player never worked. Without additional speakers no sound. Used it 3x including the 1 time with no sound. On the 4th attempt it started to sizzle at plug and died. Repeated calls said out of warranty or they would call or they would make right and send shipping instruction. Nothing has ever been done. Avoid this company completely unless you are willing to make a donation. You will not get a product let alone a product that actually works. Save your money and go to someone reputable. They are not reputable and have complaints on every board listed about complaints. Don't give your money away to crooks ,thieves, liars and scam artists. A purchase from them is a donation to their bank accounts.
HDProjectorworld.com is a scam if you place your order you will never receive it when you ask for a tracking number for the package they will tell y ou it got lost and they need 4 days to track it by this time you wasted 3 week waiting for you package that never came.
They will give you another bogus tracking number that just show it was sent out to fedex for pickup which is bogus fedex never do receive the package so you never get an estimated deliver date.
Then you call them again an they will tell you it's on back order so they offer to refund your money till you get the product and will reverse the charges back to them.
First of all they never return the money, they just tell you what you want to hear and never follow through.
Big Scam they should be shut down and put in Jail.

Do Not Buy From This Company!!! Ordered a projector 7-1-14. Was promised to be shipped the next day. This is July 26, 2014, still no projector. Have been given false tracking number. Every time I call I am promised it will be here in a few days. This last time given a tracking number that appears valid but is still in transit now for six days. Saw other reports now that I am doing my research too late of course now, that this seems to be a pattern for them from reading other reviews. I am out $350. Hopefully this will stop someone from making the same mistake I did.
I placed an order for Pro Series 11 projector April 19th, order number 137158 and paid for expedited shipping. I placed another order on April 20th for a 2nd projector of the same specification.
I got a call 3 days later saying my order was delayed and will arrive 1 week late. I then recieved an email from a so called mManager called James that the order was being delayed at the Canada-USA border and I should give them another week. I became suspicious of these many excuses and then found a littany of complaints online regarding this fraudulent company.
I sent an email cancelling my order. I was informed I would receive a refund in 7-10 business days. After this passed, I called and was told the refund was issued but sent to another customer. What a bunch of liars! I was asked to wait for another 7-10 business days but this was 1 month ago. Stay away from this company in your own interest. If you have placed an order, cancel it immediately and process your refund through your credit card company. Don't wait for their empty promises.
My company ordered 2 Pro-Series 11 Projectors from HD Prjector World mid January. The next day I receved an email conferming the purchase, and our accountiant confermed that the charge went through.
After a couple days of not receiveing a tracking number for the order, I contacted them asking for one. they sent me a Fed-Ex tracking number a week later that showed an exception. after calling them and Fed-Ex i got two conflicting stories. HD-Projector World said Fed-Ex must have lost it, and they would look into it. Fed-Ex ran down the number, and stated that HD-Projector World had submitted shipping information, but never handed over a package.
I went around and around with the emails and calls before after about a month, James at HD-Projector world informed me that they didn't have any of the Pro-Series 11 Projectors in stock. We ask for a refund, and they said they would prossess it, and we would see the funds in 5-7 busenes days. several weeks later with no refund, we ask again. they blame someone in the billing department and say they prossesed the refund right then and there. 2 weeks later, still nothing.
All in all this is 4 months of contenuous emailing, lies and frustration. Oh, and the theft of $2000.

buy it and you will get noting because they dont ship there stuff also.

This is by far the WORST company I've ever dealt with. Customer is a sham. They tell you lies upon lies and NEVER come through with their promises. I ordered this projector in November of last year and am still getting lies trying close out this purchase. The reason they have so many positive reviews is that they make you right a review directly after the purchase. TERRIBLE company!!! STAY AWAY!
I placed this order without reading much about the company unfortunately. I placed the order 2 weeks ago and facing the exactly same situation which so many threads have mentioned. After repeated calling they said that its shipped via regular Canada post mail and no tracking number. I was supposed to receive it by now but no sign. I am really worried that my story is really getting on the same lines as others.
If I don't get the projector in next few days, I will report it to my credit card company as well as Royal Canadian police. This department deals with the scams like that. I suggest all who are affected by this company to report the case to Royal Canadian Police. They should take action against these people.
