Was cold called and explained that the first bottle would be $9.95 for shipping only. I asked if the product was returnable at any time, and I was assured that if I was not happy with the product I could return it at any time, for any reason. When i tried to call to return this product, the guy on the phone told me that it was nonreturnable and hung up on me. I called back again, this time got a girl, and she said that the same thing, and i told her that i was told by the sales person that it was returnable. the slip they ship with the product reads" All returns require a returned merchandise authorization number(rma). please call the customer service number found on your order confirmation email for returns.Products that are shipped back "return to sender" will not be accepted/refunded. Products must be shipped by customer. 18885343598" they placed a recurring payment on my account which i quickly got the bank to remove. Do Not Buy this product, it is a complete Scam. The product does not do what they say it does.

I purchased this product and does not work. I did not lose 1 pound. When I called for a refund they Just kept hanging up o me. The product is a fake and this is a scam.

Hca power is horrible!!!

they called me tell me about this new weight loss supplement and it sounded good. They let me know it will only be 4.95 for shipping and I could cancel within the 15 days of the weight loss challenge and and not be charged 100.00 for the additional bottles. So I spoke to Kristen and she tells me that you can cancel after the 15 days, after you receive the product. no one could get me a manger. I spoke with 3 other ppl who were just as rude as Kristen. There names are joe, susan and Laurial. They also state that if you complete the 90 day challenge and lose up to 20lbs the the give you 5 dollars a pound you lose. Which I'm sure they are not. They say they work for 3 distrubutor companies. This is the worst service I have ever had.

i never complain about about and services, but I do hope that this company is removed!

I ordered the program and told them I did not want to be on auto ship. I received the first bottle and called to tell them I do not want to be on auto ship. They told me I had to receive all of the bottles before I could cancel. This is NOT what I was told on the phone during the initial order. Next I started receiving DVDs. I called to ask them why they were sending them to me. They said it was part of the Green Carcinia plan. I told them I don't want them, they hung up on me!!! I called back to speak with a supervisor, they hung up on me. I called again, they hung up on me. What a horrible scam and such horrible service. I will be reporting this to my credit card company. DO NOT FALL FOR ANY OF IT!!!

I ordered a "free" bottle of HCA Power in February, included with the offer was an exercise video for an addtional S&H fee. I never received the products. A month later I was charged approx $50 -- still had not received any product.

I called the company's customer service line and was told that even though, the items were returned as undeliverable (typo in the zipcode) they were not able the refund the money. Turns out the $50 charge was for more exercise videos (that I didn't order).

I again requested a refund - told they were not able to refund but they offered to re-ship the videos. I said, once I receive them, then will I be able to return them. Again, I was told, "NO REFUNDS".

I asked to speak to a manager and was told that the managers do not get on the phone.

Rip off. HCA Power is not a returnable product even if it is unopened. Be aware they get your money. $99.90. Do not fall for the sweet talk. This is a criminal activity to get to you.

I looked at HCA Power on line and I filled out the form and read everything they had to say about their product. They promised you could try the product for only $9.95 and you could call and cancel anytime within 30 days and you would not be charged more. I started to fill out the online order form however, I changed my mind and decided not to order. A few days later the company called me and asked me if would order. They told me I could cancel within 30 days of purchase. I repeated that back to them before they convinced me to try it. I posted this on my refrigerator and circled the amount of time I had to try it before I needed to send back before they charged me more. When I called the company (10 and 15 days later) they told me I could not cancel. They told me I had to wait for a second shipment. I told them this was not what was told to me by their representative. I was told in a very indifferent way that I would not be allowed to cancel. After I received the order, I didn't open but immediately called the company again and asked where I needed to send my package for a refund. I also reminded them of their "Terms and Conditions" listed on their website and was told it didn't matter because they had sold me on the phone. I reminded them that when their salesperson called me she had promised I could cancel anytime before my 30 days. They refused to work with me. I asked to speak to the superior and she handed the phone to someone else who smugly told me the same thing. I was furious. I called my credit card company and sent them all the info that I had on the internet. I also found several other people that had complained on line. I disputed my charges and I was given back the charge. I am still considering calling the Attorney General to let them know how dishonest this company is.

Please help me! these people offered me a weight loss item that I ordered along with one bottle of a digestive health item. But then they started sending me DVD's that I never ordered and charged my credit card.

I called them and the rude customer service person that answers the phone time and time again is telling me I consented to the dvd items and I did not and then hangs up the phone on me.

They will not allow for returns and refunds. Please stop this ripoff and help me get my money back.

They cold called me saying they would like me to use their product and they would pay me $5 a lb that I lost and I could try it for free. If it worked they would send me more bottles at $44, also I never received any information on how to use or what to do. I took the drops and it took away my appetite for only 15 minutes and the colon cleanser didn't work, I have never been so constipated in my life. I tried to cancel it but they told me I agreed to a 3 month program after I tried it for free, I didn't agree to that and they said that I could not get the $99 that they charged me. When I tried to cancel the products that they were going to charge me for, they hung up on me several times. Again, they didn't send me any information and the cd they sent me was a workout video, not on how to use their product.

These folks have the art of the scam down pat. Their sales rep (who said his name was Jack) really sold the product. When I told him I wanted to let my doctor look at it first, he told me that that was why they had the 2 week trial. He also told me I could cancel at any time ( this also applied to the excercise DVDs ). (Of course the two weeks started at the time the order was placed - did not leave a lot of time for doctor approval, or even trial)

Yeah, that sounded good. But... when I called to cancel, that was another story. I originally called just to cancel the DVDs. The girl I talked to was very rude, said I couldn't cancel until my 90 day trial was over, and hung up on me. I tried to call back numerous times, but was hung up on every time. That left me no recourse but to contact my credit card company to stop any further charges, but they had already been made.

I did get the products, ant the packing slip said that I would need an RMA to return the product. When I called to get this, ""Joe"" told me that they only accepted returns if the warehouse sent out the wrong merchandise. He also told me that they would not cancel an account until after the second shipment, which is far from the promise of ""cancel at ANY time"" made by Jack at the time of purchase. At this point, Joe did the same thing the first girl did, he got very rude and hung up on me (This must be a part of their customer service training).

Do not do business with this outfit, you will lose. Do not trust them, they will lie. Stay as far away from these folks as you can.

I was contacte by phone by phone number 607-533-2848, Lansing, NY. I was not home when the call came in, and being a relatively local number, I called it back. Only to have the person on the other line residing in the state of Vermont. Dr. Oz; has been touting the benefits of Garcinia Cambogia, and this woman was peddling a liquid form of HCApower which was supposed to really work for weight loss. I was charged 4.95 for the initial bottle and told that if I wasn't satisfied I could cancel my trial offer within 15 days. After 10 days I felt that the product wasn't doing anything so I called the number on the bottle 888-964-6728 to cancel. The totally rude phiilipino sounding woman told me that I could not cancel even though it was within 15 days. I asked to speak with a manager, she put me on hold, then she came back on the line to tell me that she "felt for me", very sarcastically. I told her that I am on a fixed income and could in no way afford the $99.90 for two more bottles, ina nutshell she could've cared less and made no attempt at resolving my concerns. The next day my account was debited and I was charged an overdraft fee of $38.50 for insufficient funds. In addition, I was never sent the two bottles that I paid for. This was the worst sales and customer lack of service that I have ever born witness to. I am sure that I am not alone. I want to be reimbursed for the 99.90 and 38.50 if for no other reason, I paid for the next two bottles and they were never shipped.

I saw the a link on Facebook touting a new miracle supplement that decreases fat in the midsection. When I clicked on the link there was an ad offering a free 30 day supply of HCA Power, money back guarantee if not satisfied. I started filling out the information but when I saw that it was a recurring charge I exited without completing the information. A few days later I was called by them offering the 30 day supply no commitment if I cancelled within 15 days of receiving the product.

I declined but they gave me the hard sell and i basically agreed to get them off the phone. The product arrived 4 days later at which time my 15 days should have started. However, 10 days later they hit my account for $99.90. I'd called them to cancel the night before at 8 pm because their hours are until 9 pm est. All I recieved was a recording saying they were closed and to call back during normal business hours.

I called them the next morning and connected with one of the nastiest individuals I've ever encountered. She hung up on me after telling me the product had already been shipped and there was nothing I could do about it and they would give me an RMA to return the junk.

I contacted my bank but they told me that since I ordered it and have not returned it, they would not replace the money.

I called HCA again this evening and was told I agreed to 2 more shipments of this stuff, which I most certainly did not, and they would NOT accept a return of the merchandise and she would be notating my account to that effect. She then hung up on me and when I immediately called back, I was hung up on again.

I got the phone call to try out the weightloss program that everyone is doing for a 90 day challenge using HCA

Power liquid drops. I was told that I would receive money for losing weight and all I had to pay was $4.95 for shipping.

Well, that caught my attention $4.95 thats all? I repeatedly asked the women, ""All I have to pay is $4.95 and nothing else ever again?"" She said yes you just need to cancel within 15 days from the day I ordered my bottle which was $4.95.

When I received my bottle of HCA Power in the mail I immediatley called to cancel any further bottles. Well I was

told I could not cancel until I received another bottle which cost me $99.90 Which that was another lie. The first

woman I spoke to which told me I could cancel within 15 days also told that if I did want to continue with the 90

day challenge said the bottles would be half off which would cost $44.95 but my card was charged $99.90. My

husband and I called and called trying to cancel, everyone kept hanging up on us and was being very very rude.

We kept telling them they are not to charge our card and well they did which put us in the hole in our bank and made our account negative.

We also kept asking to hear the recording of the phone call between the woman and I

where she told me I could cancel within 15 days. They told us that they did not have access to the recordings

because they were a 3rd party. We then asked for the 1st party number they also couldn't provide us with that.

I received the product(s). The packing list..states that ""All returns require a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Please call the customer service number on your Order Confirmation Email for returns.""

I called the Company and was told that I could not return the merchandise, nor could I get a refund. I was told that the return policy is only if the wrong product was shipped by the company.

What a rip-off. The note on the packing list is totally in error and misleading. I want my money returned.

I received a call from a rep of the HPA Power who said he got my name and number from my looking at their website. Who needs drones?

I was informed only a free bottle for shipping price would arrive and I could cancel when I received before the 15 days. I became suspicious when it was over a week and no product. Upon calling the company I was informed I could not cancel until I received two more bottles and would be charged over $90. They said it was a 90 day plan. I knew nothing of this.

I immediately called my credit card company who is blocking the additional charge and will return the two products when they arrive. This is time consuming and annoying. Hopefully this will work out as planned except for the additional postage I will pay to send product back.
