Where to even begin. Hassler Diesel has some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. Not willing to work with you on items under warranty and ignores phone calls. He does not call back like promised either. Multiple trucks have gone to him claiming to have an issue fixed, but it never was. All they got was a "band-aid" fix. Ended up having to take trucks to another shop to have the issues fixed properly. Half the time issues were misdiagnosed. Wasted more money at Hassler Diesel then I would have if taken to another shop and fixed properly the first time.
