Today on vetrens day i recieved an unusal email from a Harvey law firm stating i was going to be taken to court over a cash advance loan that never happened, they had my phone part of my social,and former address.
it also stated the money was deposited into my bank account... i dont even have a bank account! and as well as stating that my social securiy number was put on hold by the government... and that id have to pay over 11,000 to them.
i was freaked out at first then i searched them and came across this, just thought id get my story out there.
Email Had My Name Like This In The Top Mr. /Mrs. Followed by my first and last name followed by my phone number. Stating that i was monitored onlin using my email address which they had to solicited funds from a webiste owned by American Cash Advance and that my social Security number was on hold by us government and that i would be prosecuted by court in the next few days. The email stated a Case number: 919277 and said i should call the supposed person "Jeff Foster" for his help since this was criminal case. And when this person knew i wasn't falling for it he admitted to scamming tons of Americans out of millions of dollard and using there social security numbers for illegal things he even told me he was located on a street called South Trinity Forest Way. Then He Called me back with a number that showed as unavailable telling me he can delete my information for 100 USD and when i refused he said now i will see what he can do with my social security number.
I have recieved an email from this man called jeff foster a senior attorney for the harvey law associates. stating that I have commited a crime of check fraud it even contains my ssn on the letter. also contain a wrong home address on letter. i google this person its shows that its a scammer and when you call the phone number you get a fake person from over seas saying hello to some kind of attorney office name . i call couple of times and its the same person but with different accents. you all need tp put a stop to this fake attorney claiming we need to pay money for a crime not committed.
