My Mother and I entered an agreement to purchase 211 North Thomasville Avenue Pocahontas AR Property and paid a deposit of $10,000-00 to Mr. Bagwell. Every month thereafter we paid him $700-00 per month though the agreement was for $350-00. Numerous times we asked him for a copy of the contract and he constantly forgot about it. Then 1 yr later he declared himself bankrupt and the Liberty Bank foreclosed on this property and we had to move. He offered us the property where we are now and then asked that we bear with him as he didn't want the proceeds of the sale to be taken from him. When he was ready to go ahead with the sale he asked for 7% interest which was not agreed with at the time we moved in here. Since then I have had tools stolen out of the shed, gas from a container, my older sons campervan was broken into twice and a large mess made, my sons car was broken into and also a grass fire was lit while we were asleep resulting in the fire brigade coming and the fire travelled to my neighbors property. A large glass window was smashed in the shed and then my youngest had a pet rabbit and it was killed. I feel this man is out to cause more serious damage as I have requested my $10,000 back plus the $8,400 that was paid on the property. Now he is demanding that rent be paid. Can you help us please. The deposit was paid by a bank draft and I have receipts for what was paid on the Thomasville property
