I purchased 2 dogs from Harajan Kennel . A female pup that the owner Mark Bank bred & a male pup that he got from a breeding someone else had done. I gave Mark 1800 for the female & 1500 for the male. I've gotten every excuse under the sun for 3 years for not receiving the papers. I have txt. to prove this. I've tried to work with Mark but I keep getting excuses & lies!!!
