I cannot seem to log onto your monthly instructional video! Was given a new password a month or two ago and but now it doesn't seem to work...this is frustrating and has been from the start...I appreciate the instruction but find actually receiving it to be difficult if not impossible...
I too missed the communication concerning the monthly membership fee. Everything I read spoke to what I thought was the purchase of a single DVD or online set of videos, which I purchased. The membership info in the original communications must have been small print and stuck in an obscure location. They did send an email recently, communicating the monthly membership, about the same time I saw it on my credit card statement. I have cancelled and they refunded my January fee. I didn't personally find the series very useful. It does attempt to help a person self diagnose a problem by suggesting fixes based on certain shop shapes. Problem is, a particular undesirable shot shape can result from many different swing problems. I have been to Haney presentations and spoken with him. I do not believe he personally intends to mislead customers, but his marketing team could use some additional review. Advice: Read every word , no mater the length, especially the small print.
I ordered the The Heney Blue Print which provides Hank Heney's method for improving golf play. By the add it looks as though you are ording a single DVD disk (physical or digital delivery) for $57. However, in the small print you find out that you have been automatically been given a "free" 14-day trial of continuous support to be charged at $29 a month "forever" unless you cancel within the 14 day trial.
I shoud have been more diligent in checking by credit card bill, but I just notice, this month, because of a nice email sent to me (the first email I have received other than the receipt for the original DVD/digital info) from haneyuniversity.com that congradulated me for being a member of this monthly group and reminding me that I can cancel at any time - which I have done. And they are graciously going to refund the last months charges (since I didn't know what I was doing).
I would have appreciated this month's email in February so I could have canceled then instead of now after $180 of charges. It's nice work if you can get it.
Have logged on and cannot cancel the subscription. they charge $29 a month but there is no where to cancel in the members area and when you try to send an email it tells you the link is broken or to contact using a different method.

Starting to think this is a bit of scam.
