BEWARE, this place is a SCAM. First time visit for a exam & cleaning. I had a very long wait before I was seen. Most places you have to wait, but not this long. That is not what I'm upset about. Once I was seen, they did X-rays. After X-rays, I waited another 10-15 minutes before the doctor came. He came looked at the X-rays and teeth and then walked away. Then the negociator comes in and tells me I need a deep cleaning that is not covered by your insurance. I ask, how much it cost? She said $540. I said, no thanks, I'll just get the regular cleaning this time. She said, No, only deep cleaning or nothing. The dentist will not do it. I ask why, she just kept saying, the doctor will not do it. She had a lot of attitude. She seems like she is very experienced in her negociating role, I mean bullying role. My insurance covers the X-rays, exam and cleaning for sure. How can they deny it? Trying to force me to do the deep cleaning or I get nothing. This totally seems like a SCAM. They probably use this tactic on everyone, also up-selling and bullying you to do extra services. This is not the right way to do business. I get two cleaning a year through my insurance, they used up one. So I have to wait 6 months before getting another cleaning. They are going to get paid by the insurance for services they never provided. Beware - Do Not Go Here.
