Do not purchase anything, not even a sample from Hair Exim Private Limited. They are scam artist! Do not believe anything that they tell you. They are liars just like the rest of the Indian Hair Vendors. They claim to have a refund or replacement policy for faulty hair, after contacting them regarding the matted and tangled fake Indian hair that's supposed to last over a year, I received no response! Read my story and be wise...
I was on the hunt to find some decent quality Indian hair; notice I said decent because the "best" hair is usually purchased from the major hair suppliers, and every one else gets what is left over. After doing some research I came across Hair Exim Private Limited, LTD and what one me over was the fact that they showed me their business license that they applied for. Immediately I felt slightly relieved because at least they were trying to go the reputable route.Fast forward:
after months of going back and forth and answering all of my hard questions I made a purchase. Needless to say, during the entire process I felt confident because, believe it or not, Hair Exim sent me a copy of my DHL waybill shipment (they took a picture of it) and every day they emailed me to advised me of the processing status without me having to ask. Upon receiving the hair I washed and deep conditioned the hair, although the hair smelled fairly decent, this is always a preventive measure that I take for myself. Keep in mind, my hair is natural so I used the same gentle shampoo and conditioner that I use on my own hair.
Now the bad part: I installed this hair, literally a few hours before my vacation. Day one, I hit the pool, the hair tangled slightly. This was not a big deal because everybody's hair tangles. Fast forward to day two and three.... OMFG!!! This hair tangled and matted into something unexplainable. Whatever "it" was I had in my head crawled and curled up at the nape, took cover, and decided not to come back down because it was so comfortable. I was and am pissed. So upset to the fact that I am now taking precious time from my vacation to forewarn any unsuspecting buyers to steer clear from these scam artist. I am not lying when I say this, aside from beauty supply store hair purchases years ago, this has to be the ABSOLUTE WORST HAIR I HAVE EVER PURCHASED! And I have had my fair share of purchases.
*The hair was so bad I couldn't deal with it anymore, the last night of my vacation I spent taking the hair down. This hair is horrible!!!
Do not fall victim to the nice talk, the promise of getting the best Indian hair around, the claims of being able to wear the hair for over a year, and the fact that they say they only sell 6A hair. That is all a lie!!! Their hair is horrible. Hair Exim is another lying Indian hair vendor just like the rest of the lying thieves in India. To include I have pictures of how bad the hair tangled so if you don't believe me, feel free to send me an email at cc two four underscore tm at yahoo and I will send you pictures. It's time to put these liars on blast!!!
