If you contract with theknot.com be aware that they send an online contract that they say you sign but you don't that commits you FOREVER unless YOU CONTACT THEM AT LEAST 30 DAYS BEFORE TO CANCEL. Otherwise you are charged month after month and if you're not diligent with checking this you have very little recourse. They say they alert you at the end of the contract term but they don't. They say they alert you of a rate increase but they don't. If you change your email you are in a worse situtation because if they send emails they go into a disabled email account and you never see them. American Express has been cooperative in our dispute and crediting the charges, however, they will go back only one year. In our case we didn't catch it until 2.5 years of charges for 2 clients! Furthermore, they emailed they cancelled our accounts on May 1, 2014, and a charge showed up on May 2O, 2014. Do not trust them. Do not do business with them.
