Gunther Gifts is a disgrace. Do Not work with them. In a span of four days, I have made over 75 phone calls in the hopes that one of them will be answered by one of their "customer service reps". Not once. I have left three voicemails, not one has been returned. I've sent seven emails; not one replied to or acknowledged. They even have the audacity to suggest on their voicemail to fax them if urgent! Fax!? Who still uses faxes? Even still, I did that twice, no response. I have not heard in over ten days from the order, a peep out of this "company". They're scam artists, clearly. They take your money, but you never hear from them. Even if they respond to this, which they won't, it'll be all their great reviews! Which on Yelp, they have conveniently hidden all the negative. That is why, other than alerting the public of this horrible place, I've filed a report with the Better Business Bureau as well as The Federal Trade Commission reporting fradulent work ethics. I've even communicated to this company that I have done this and still, no response. So, in short, do not work with this company. You will never get your issue resolved; you'll be blatently ignored and you'll lose out on money with no product to show for it. They should be ashamed of themselves. Cowards, at best.
