I went to their "bridal show" in April and decided to purchase their surgical steel cookware. My check was cashed and yet no cookware was received. Despite my many calls and follow ups no one seemed to have a clue on the status of my order.
I kept receiving their emails inviting me to other shows and finally sent an email advising them of the length of time that had passed, that they received payment and I still have not received anything from them. I received an email back asking for my phone number from Mr. Michael Angelo (yea....that's his name) director.
I emailed him my number and when he called HE was hostile with ME! I was floored! He continuously interrupted me as I was speaking and whenever I attempted to correct him of his incorrect facts he would raise his voice and say that I needed to let him finish!
My by the time this conversation was over I felt as if there was no resolution! He advised I would not get my money back, that I will be receiving a credit to use on another item! This is a lesson learned! If it's too good to be true it most definitely is! I sure hope someone puts a STOP to this sleazy scamming company!
