This company has a terrible management problem. My customers were trusting in me to be a rep for a solid, general contractor who could (according to the company management rep) handle all facets of building- from roofing to fencing to windows, painting, gutters, etc. They claimed there was nothing they couldn't handle! WRONG! Not only could they not manage to coordinate a team of contractors to get a job done in a reasonable amount of time (for them, reasonable was 4-6 months!) but when they finally did get a contractor out there, the job was done wrong, or poorly, or not to the customer's specifications. I got suckered into working with these people when I met the "manager" of the okc outfit- he claimed that they were a local company, great customer reviews, etc. NOT! My customers did nothing but complain- from improper billing to attempting to defraud the insurance company, from taking four months to complete a simple job to actually stripping all the siding off of an elderly lady's home and then when they couldn't bully the insurance co into paying for it actually asked me to dig through a garbage heap to find the old siding so they could staple it back one!
THese people are nasty. When I finally got to see the whole "team" in one room together, I was horrified and embarrassed. They looked like a pack of roving drug addicts. One female in particular during a meeting with a professional supplier was wearing what looked like pajamas, while holding her dog and painting her toenails. Obviously on some kind of drugs, she kept interrupting the meeting to yell out comments at the top of her (rough) voice - comments designed to let the whole room know she was sleeping with the "manager". I had no intention of staying with a crowd like that. My professional reputation means more to me than that.
They did pay on time, and they did pay what they promised, however, they did not pay for the gross over-blown "supplements" they scammed from the insurance companies- good thing, in my opinion. Hate to have to fork over all that ill-gotten cash that I didn't know was ill-gotten when these scammers finally get busted. My advice- unless you want to wait six months before getting your three day job done, stay away from contracting with these folks. And unless you want your professional reputation destroyed, keep your clean name away from this company. OKC is too small a town to have stains all over one's reputation.
