While on the internet, ( unsolicited by me ) I encountered a 30-Day Free Trial of Garcinia Cambogia. It included a reference to the Dr. Oz Show and provided a video excerpt from his show featuring Garcinia Cambogia and his endorsement of Garcinia Cambogia as a weight loss product.
It offered a 30-day free trial of Garcinia Cambogia and all they asked was that you pay the $4.95 shipping fee. Satisfaction Guaranteed. I read the entire web page looking for the catch or loop hole. There was no auto renewal and no future required purchase of the product. Refund policy ? How do you refund $00.00 FREE.
They later used the credit payment information required from you to pay the $4.95 to help themselves to a whopping $99.95 ;Which they absolutely did not mention on the web page with the free 30-day Free Trial.
They did not anwer customer service calls but promptily plus answered for new orders. Are you kidding me ?????? Filed a dispute with my Credit card Company and it was charged back. Green Theory again had it placed on my credit card. I have never opened the bottle or used the pills which I woul gladly send back at my expense, of course. ( Why should I give the FREE FREE FREE Trial pills to get the $99.95 they stole from me.
They charged the $99.95 to my credit account without my permission and without me even knowing about it until I received the bill. ) NO Full Refund NO Way they advised, but give back pills, they will give me back $75.00. I say No Way. I want all of the $99.95 back and they can have the pills back free gratis.
They called back with a RMA number to expedite refund but wanted a tracking # on pill return, Still only a $75.00 refund and my use of the number enters into a legal contract to end this. I Want my money returned. All of it, Now.
Now, I can not return the pills safely without it inferring that I accept the $75.00 as final compensation.
This is theft by deception. Not a free trial of 14 days or 30 days. Reguardless of what they say or make up now, I was not informed of any cost at any time. This is so a RIPOFF, a ripoff and a crime, I would think.
Help and Beware !!!!!!!!!! I am finding that I am not the only victim.
