For starters, take a good close look at the bogus google reports, nearly all with no previous postings. He is trying his best to cover up earlier, negative postings, and is probably wise to the fact that Yelp has software to filter out postings like his.
This is the worst kind of ripoff operation. Not only do they gouge you (repeatedly), not only do they constantly state that more work is needed, but they do shabby work as well. It was typical that brakes always needed more work in the future, such as pads, routers (sic), you name it. Always creating more work.
We had multiple cars going there, all the way back to when Steve owned the place, when there was even a pay phone out by Broadway and they pumped gas lol. He was a great guy, not like this creep.
I've dealt with dishonest auto mechanics, but this guy is probably the worst.
Maybe Greenlawn will get lucky and he'll go under; the website is gone, so maybe that's a good sign.
I honestly believe that citizens of Greenlawn could do more than take him to Small Claims, It is my perception that there is a pattern here that suggests a conscious, organized effort of fraud, with others who work there well aware of it. How is this any different than someone breaking into your home?
