I have purchased 2 tables from Diane Eustachy 2 years ago; then I reached out again to purchase a file cabinet that matches the 2 tables which I have. Diane give me a quote and asked for my payment on paypal to [email protected]; my cabinet is $980 which was requestd to pay full in order to customized the way I wanted. I agreed Diane since I figure it's my second time purchasing from her. I paid her on Sept 3rd, 2014, and she promised I will receive my tabel in 4 weeks. After 4 weeks I emailed her on daily basis and called, she only reponded once, mention her carpenter was sick so it will be deliver the following week. That was the last time i ever heard from Diane again, NO email responses, No call backs; I tried hundred times, but never heard back from her. We never received our file cabinet which I paid $980 for. I contact Paypal, but it was already pass the paypal 45 days policy, they said they can't help me. I wish I didn't believe after my first contact time with her since it was within 45 days; but because she told me her workers were sick, I was naive to believe her and give her one more week then I missed my claim days with Paypal, now I lost my money, all of it!!!!
I never like to file claims but I am not sure what to do to express my anger, I also don't want people to get in the same situation as I did.
