I called Grand Incentive to get status of second form i submitted after recieving notification that first 3 cabo resorts and dates were not available. The second form was sent via certified mail @ 8-29-2014. The second form included 3 cabo resorts and dates, 90 days from date of notice and 30 days apart. The Grand Incentives rep immediately accused me of not returning the form and stated my trip had been voided and i would recieve a refund. I stated i had a certified mail receipt to prove i mailed the form was mailed back to them. He then changed his story and accused me of not providing the right information on the form which was not true. I am very suprised the Better Business Bureau has not launched an investigation against this business for it's unethical business practices and fraud.
I have Booked my Travel package through the agent name Jesica (888-501-0119 X 207 for 4 days and 3 nights Cancun, All Inclusive with airfare for 169.98 per person. I booked it for two people. Then i paid 110 registration fee to Travel center. Then i got registration form from Grand Incentives who suppose to send me my travel votures and suppose to help me getting everything booked for me. Instead they ask me for 50 money order. I mailed them 100 money order with registration form thinking that i will get my package. Instead they said they are avoiding my certificate taht i have purchased before because i didnt provide them with my work number. Their help desk number is 941-552-5070. so far i paid them 550 and they have denied my certificate.
I have been trying to sch. a trip to Eugene Oregon since may of 2013. I keep getting letters that the dates are not available. How many people want to go to Eugene OR.
My last request was sent on 1/23/14 for the month of April I called last week and was told I would hear somthing by the end of the week. I have not heard back.
dates requested 4/4/14, 4/11/14 and 4/18/14. how is a person suppose to sch time of from work in advance. I was given the direct number to one of the girls that answers the phone and I called her today with no answer.
we will see if i get a return call. it will be a year on may 4, 2014 since the first request. Everyone beware of this company.
