I went online to get tickets for SKYWALK in Az. I was going to do the walk and the threer stop tour. The tickets were $75.54. I needed two tickets. Instead, either I or the website ordered four tickets, $323.76. I figured no big deal, its a mistake.
So I call the resort three times and I am told sorry no refunds. I said, "what am I going to do w/two tickets worth $150. Not chump change! Sorry, no refunds. I said, that what you are doing is stealing my money! The rep said, "someone just asked for refund, the answer was "no".
My reply was so you stole her money. Ill pass the message along click, she hung up. Obivously, I put stop payment, now thgey lost the $323.76. I am not going, especially after I realized mo cameras on sky walk, so no pictures and the reviews say the view sucks. So Beware
