ankle is fractured which was verifed by a podiatrist . I dont blame them for this however you cananot fix something if you do not know what is wrong . This was about making a sale and nothing else . Whatever it took to hard sell my wife , and I think she would have signed up for anything considering how much pain she was in . They knew that and took advantage . They now are arrogant ,cockey and down right rude . A far shot for when they were trying to sell this snake oil . All buyers beware this is an absolute rip off . Its palstered all over the internet so do your homework .
After obtaining a set of inserts from Good Feet in Merriam, KS I was disappointed that the inserts did not help alleviate pain in my feet or knees as they promised. I told them that I was not happy with the inserts and that I wanted to return them. They said that they would like for me to come back in so that they could give me new inserts to try. I did that. The new inserts did not help either. They would not take back the product. I did some research online and found out that I was overcharged also. My full bill was $902.61. Insurance does not cover this either.
