I understand there are a few option available when booking your round of golf online. For example, there are GolfNow.com or Teeoff.com and others. I used to use "Golfhub.com" for my booking until lately. It offers "Reward Program" where you earn points per every round you book thru the website.
Recently, I have cumulated enough points to get one of their offered gift card. So I redeemed my point to get one gift card, and waited to receive the card. It was on 2/17/15 when I did. Well today is 3/4/15. I called and also emailed their customer services to see when I should be receiving my gift card. Instead of getting an answer, they hang up on my calls. No return emails. The lady in the customer support team immediately showed her attitiude when I asked for approximate date of when I should be expect to receive the card, she said "I don't know, I can't tell you since I don't know". She said "my supervisor has not approved the gift card purchase , so I can't tell you when you will get your card." I asid to speak to her supervisor and then she got pissed off and asked for name and number so her supervisor can call me.
Hmmm. no call so far. So my fellow golfers, please take my advice. Do Not bother to use the "Golfhub.com" thinking you are earning reward points, because the points CANNOT be USED !!
