Had the most horrible experience at this store in Humble Texas. I Implire all people to stay away from this busn it is all a scam and the employees act like they don't speak English they are also rude I have never been treated this badly
Please stay away from the kiosk. Especially, if the people are foreign. They do not under stand that No means No. I was at the Mall of America and got sucked into having a ""free"" facial after rubbing my hads with their salt scrub. The sales person tells you that all you face creams are all crap. Then that person is shoving things into a bag for you to buy. You say no and they shove more and more things into the bag. My favorite line is" this is my special discount just for you or please tell my boss I am doing this for you."
Before you know it, you have a bag of stuff and I felt like I was just date raped. How did I get here?
I tried to take it back with-in the 7days and instead, they shove more stuff into your bag and ask you to give a little more time. Low and behold it is "passed" you 7days and they won't take it back and give your money back...even when you haven't opened the boxes. So at first you think this might not be so bad.
Until I discover that the products were causing my sever, never ending migranes since I statred using the products.
They will not pro-rate and cancel my contract. They want you to try less than high quality products to replace what you can not use. It's like paying for a BMW but you are really driving a very old VW Bug.
Beware Buys, they are in many malls. Stay away the the con artist lerking at the kiosks and in front of their store. If you get stuck, send in a complaint to the attoney general.
